  1. I thought u were trying to combat misconceptions yet you said the pay gap is real no no sir there is no pay gap it is because women choose different lower paying jobs or start a family and stay home you idiots

  2. I remember during my first job days back in 1987. A quite huge American Company. Salary is confidential but everyone knows everyone's pay anyway.
    You can hide your payslip but people seem to have bionic eyes like kind of x-ray.

  3. Or easier still just google your median salary for your Job description. Quicker, less hassle and you won't sound like an Adam if you complain about your pay and your actually being overpaid.

  4. Surprised I’m not seeing any comments about the misconception of the wage gap anywhere. Pay inequality does exist but the numbers aren’t related to that as much as everyone thinks.

  5. He said that African American women make $.64 for every dollar the average white male makes, however isn’t that likely due to African American having different jobs than white people. I severely sought if you have an African women and a white man working the same job with the same experience and education that the African would be paid significantly less just because she has black skin
